Arc of Camden County Employment Services (ACES) offer a variety of comprehensive employment solutions to individuals searching for community integrated employment. A division of the Arc of Camden County, we have provided services for more than 60 years.
In the early 1980’s the OTC became a CARF certified Community Rehabilitation Program. A variety of vocational rehabilitation services are provided to individuals with placement in competitive employment as the goal.

In 2017 supported employment activities were moved into its own department to focus on providing quality job placement and coaching to individuals. In 2021, we became an Employment Network, able to serve the State of New Jersey, through Social Security and can provide benefits counseling services to show the effects of earned income on and individual’s Social Security, Federal, State, and local benefits.

The Arc of Camden County works with several organizations to help you reach your goals. Project SEARCH’s primary objective is to secure competitive employment for people with disabilities, including both students and adults! See below how Gloucester County Special Services School District has partnered with Project Search on a program where students work throughout hospitals, developing life and workplace skills for their individual lifestyles.
